Lisa and Josh Leuchter recently attended our national industry, NAMA (National Automatic Merchandiser Association) conference held in Chicago, Illinois. The “One Show” annual gathering lasted 4 days, and featured guest speaker NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback, Troy Aikman. Mr. Aikman delivered a message about hard work, handling adversity, and preparation. These themes resonate with us as the Southwest Florida economy methodically improves and how Snackworks is prepared to meet the expectations of our customers with cashless payment options, loyalty rewards programs, alternative delivery systems (micro markets) and a commitment to better for you food and beverage options.
We participated in a number of continuing education seminars on topics ranging from the future of EMV cashless technology to demographic and taste trends affecting the food & beverage industry. In addition we met with our micro market and cashless technology partners, as well as suppliers, manufacturers and colleagues from across the United States. Spending time with and listening to the best and brightest minds in our industry confirms to us that we are offering the right products to our customers, delivered to them with multiple payment options by the most up-to-date delivery systems. We are very excited about the future of our industry and Snackworks place in it.
